Manufactured by James Sieber Equipment Co Ltd, the Hyg-gard-all clothes hanger is probably familiar to many of us over the age of 50. I certainly remember these being in use at Whipps Cross when I was a child. I loved them and I do own a few of them that have been used as hanging baskets.
